I help women who are often exhausted from working hard at home, at work, and in their relationships, develop the skills and insight needed to manage anxiety or emotional overwhelm and to share what they need from others around them. As a therapist of color, I understand deeply how both societal pressures and cultural influences play a role in how you show up for people (and yourself) and that there’s both beauty and pain in this journey. In therapy, I help women see themselves more clearly and step into their power so that they experience peace in their daily lives.

Over the past 2 decades, I’ve worked with women experiencing anxiety, worry, and conflict in their relationships, and I have seen them succeed in feeling more in control and more rooted in who they are and what they need. They’ve learned about themselves and have gained insights around how their culture and upbringing have influenced how they move through life.
